Administration Employee screen allows you to maintain
vital information about the employees of your
business. This module is also important in
maintaining a level of security. The administrator
(Business Manager / Owner) can add, modify, remove
employees as well as assign them a security access
level. This level will restrict behavior according
to their role in the business. |

Administration Code Lookups screen is a perfect example of
the flexibility and dynamic behavior of the
software. Most software packages come pre-loaded
with the values in drop down lists such as Product
Type. BaskWare allows you to customize and build the
appropriate list for all available drop down lists. |

Product General Information screen is contains the basic product
information such as Product Name, Descriptions, Colors, Size,
Weight, etc. This screen also allows for a picture to be
added of the product for easy recognition. |

| The
Product Vendor screen is an important and valuable feature of
BaskWare. This screen is used to assign the product to
vendors. Since any given product could be sold by
different vendors, it allows for multiples. This comes in
very handy when doing price comparison shopping for
products. One vendor is designated as PRIMARY which
typically will be the vendor offering the lowest price for the
product or perhaps the vendor that is easiest to acquire the
product from on demand. |
The
Product Inventory screen contains the quantity on hand and lower
inventory limit for each product. Several indicators will
be triggered when the product inventory falls below the lower
limit mark. This feature is valuable to ensure all orders
being taken can be fulfilled and eliminate missing out on
potential sales because your inventory was not properly managed. |

Customer General screen shows you all of the information
regarding the customer; such as, name, address and contact
information. There
is a special feature, a link to the internet that will create a
door to door map to the place of the gift basket delivery.
BaskWare will fill in the customer’s name and address
that will display the quickest route to their location just by
clicking on the link.

powerful marketing tool and will help your business grow
rapidly while building a solid customer base. |

Contact History screen is used to build customer relationships.
Using this screen, you will be able to document methods of
contact (Email Marketing Campaigns, Brochures, Catalogs, Cold
Calls, etc.) This will help establish which marketing
campaign is best received by your consumers. It also
serves as a great way to track customers comments, suggestions,
problems, returns, etc. |
