The Administration Employee screen allows you to maintain vital information about the employees of your business.  This module is also important in maintaining a level of security.  The administrator (Business Manager / Owner) can add, modify, remove employees as well as assign them a security access level.  This level will restrict behavior according to their role in the business.
The Administration Code Lookups screen is a perfect example of the flexibility and dynamic behavior of the software.  Most software packages come pre-loaded with the values in drop down lists such as Product Type.  BaskWare allows you to customize and build the appropriate list for all available drop down lists.
     
Automated Database Backup

Upgrade Facility

The Administration Database Backup screen allows for seamless database backups and data loss prevention.  The backup can be copied onto a CD-Rom or backup tape for storage.  This feature is key to maintaining a long lasting healthy business.
The Administration Upgrade Facility allows the user to issue software patches and maintenance release easily and efficiently.

The Product Search screen allows users to search the customer database.  Various search criteria can be used for searching - Brand Name, Product Name and Category.  Search results can be sorted by any of the available fields and offers the user with advanced searching capabilities.
The Product General Information screen is contains the basic product information such as Product Name, Descriptions, Colors, Size, Weight, etc.  This screen also allows for a picture to be added of the product for easy recognition.

The Product Vendor screen is an important and valuable feature of BaskWare.  This screen is used to assign the product to vendors.  Since any given product could be sold by different vendors, it allows for multiples.  This comes in very handy when doing price comparison shopping for products.  One vendor is designated as PRIMARY which typically will be the vendor offering the lowest price for the product or perhaps the vendor that is easiest to acquire the product from on demand.  The Product Inventory screen contains the quantity on hand and lower inventory limit for each product.  Several indicators will be triggered when the product inventory falls below the lower limit mark.  This feature is valuable to ensure all orders being taken can be fulfilled and eliminate missing out on potential sales because your inventory was not properly managed.
Order Status

The Product Order Status screen contains the status and history of orders of this product.  This information is valuable in maintaining a proper inventory management strategy.  Knowing what products are on order and the expected quantities will give you an advantage in future sales.
 
Gift Kit Search

This Gift Kit Search screen allows you to do searches for your gift baskets using basket name, product code and description as search criteria.  The search results are displayed in a scrollable area that can be sorted using any of the searchable columns.  The "New" button allows you to create a new gift basket.  The "Sort" button will let you sort your gift baskets by name, product code or description.
The General Information screen shows you the basket name, product code, weight and a brief description of the gift basket. You also have a field to include product specific text.  A product image can be added to this screen to view how the complete gift basket should look.  This is also where you will  input your pricing for each gift basket, which includes the markup, labor cost and any additional costs.
     
Gift Kit Builder

Inventory

The Gift Kit Builder screen allows you to build new gift baskets from the entire inventory product list.  Just select the product and click on the add or remove button.  The second screen will display all your products selected and calculate your total wholesale cost at the bottom.  There is a find button feature to locate any product within your list.

This Gift Kit Inventory screen  lists all of your current inventory products showing quantity for each.  It will also show the number of this type of gift basket that can be built based on the quantities on hand.

 

 

Order History

The Gift Kit Order History screen provides you with a comprehensive history of all orders for this gift basket.  This feature is extremely useful for sales forecasting and purchase trending.

The Customer General screen shows you all of the information regarding the customer; such as, name, address and contact information.  There is a special feature, a link to the internet that will create a door to door map to the place of the gift basket delivery.  BaskWare will fill in the customer’s name and address that will display the quickest route to their location just by clicking on the link.

The Customer Order History screen allows you to monitor customer's buying patterns.  It will let you track and evaluate what customers and buying and when.  This is a powerful marketing tool and will help your business grow rapidly while building a solid customer base.
The Customer Contact History screen is used to build customer relationships.  Using this screen, you will be able to document methods of contact (Email Marketing Campaigns, Brochures, Catalogs, Cold Calls, etc.)  This will help establish which marketing campaign is best received by your consumers.  It also serves as a great way to track customers comments, suggestions, problems, returns, etc.
