Q. I installed the software and I can not see the continue button but yet I need it to login in.  What do I do?
A. One of the requirements of BaskWare in order to maximize screen usage is to set your computer to use a screen resolution of 1024 x 768.  This will allow you to take advantage of full screen views.  Click here from directions.

Q. I am using the demo and now I want to purchase the product.  What do I do?
A. It's Simple.  The easiest and quickest way to order is to visit the ORDER page and fill out the required information and submit.  The site is secure using SSL 128 bit encryption to ensure your card's integrity.  Once your credit card is approved, you will be receiving a registration number via email.  Start your demo version of BaskWare and on the first screen type in your Name and the Registration Number from the email.  Click the button named PROCESS and you should instantly receive a confirmation stating your are approved.

Q. I am currently using the demo and when I decide to purchase will I lose my information I have input into the demo?
A. No...once you become a registered BaskWare user you will receive a registration number that will "unlock" the version you already installed.  You won't lose a thing!

Q. Are there any special requirements for my computer that I need to use BaskWare?
A. A Pentium II or higher computer with 64 MB RAM, 40 MB Free Hard Drive Space running Windows® 98, Windows® ME, Windows® 2000 or XP.  BaskWare can be run on the Mac OS 9 and OS X using Virtual PC. We recommend setting your video card to run at 1024 x 768 resolution to get full views of the screen.  Any printer supported by Windows® can be used.

Q. How do I change my screen resolution to 1024 x 768?
A.

To change your screen resolution

  1. Open Display in Control Panel.
  2. On the Settings tab, under Screen area, drag the slider to 1024 x 768, and then click Apply.
  3. OR Right Click on your Desktop - then click Properties - then click Settings -
  4. Move the Screen Area to be 1024 x 768 and click Apply.

Notes

  • To open a Control Panel item, click Start, point to Settings, click Control Panel, and then double-click the appropriate icon.
  • A higher screen resolution reduces the size of items on your screen and increases the size of your desktop.
  • Your monitor and display adapter determine whether you can change your screen resolution.
