After installing the software, please ensure the shortcut is set to run in Administrator Mode.  To do this:

  • Locate the BaskWare shortcut icon on your desktop.  Right-click on the BaskWare shortcut icon, and click the Advanced button on the Shortcut page to get to the Advanced Properties dialog. Check the "Run As Administrator" option and click OK.
