| The
Vendor Search screen allows you to do searches for vendors using
vendor name, contact person name and vendor type as search
criteria. The
search results are displayed in a scrollable area that can
be sorted using any of the searchable columns.
The new button allows you to add a new vendor.
The sort button will let you sort your vendors by
name, contact name or vendor type.

The
Vendor General Information screen shows you all of the information
regarding the vendor such as, name, address and contact
information. There
is a field to input the vendors minimum order requirement.
There are also a couple of special features, one is a
link to the yellow pages on the internet.
BaskWare will fill in the companys name and address to
locate their phone number for you just by clicking on the link.
The other special feature is a quick link to the
vendors web site to view their catalog or place an order.

| The
Vendor Product List screen is designed to allow you to view all of the
available products associated with the vendor.
New products can be added from this screen as well
as existed products edited.

The
Vendor Order Creation screen is designed to create vendor orders.
Select the products that you want to order and see the
products along with the wholesale prices be listed on your order
form. This form can
keep important details regarding your order such as order date,
order number, confirmation number, total cost of order, the
shipping tracking number and the person who took your order.

| The
Vendor Order Confirmation screen allows you to track your orders placed with each
vendor. You
will see your list of product that you ordered with that
vendor. Once
the products arrive you can easily key in the amount of
each product received and know which items are still on
backorder.
