Just a quick note to thank you
for creating BaskWare. As I learn more each day about the
program, it has truly become the backbone of our entire
business. You have set up everything we could possibly
need in the gift basket business in great detail. The "gift
kit" feature allows me to design and price gifts at a
glance. It is truly invaluable! The inventory feature allows
us to service our corporate clients more efficiently since I
can tell them instantly how many items I have on hand if a
rush order comes in. I am especially impressed with your
team. After meeting you at the Jubilee trade show, I knew
that you were not only friendly and professional, but
someone who really understood what our business needs were.
Later, your willingness to walk me through the program
basics over the phone told me this was a great investment
for our business. You always return my calls for assistance
within 24 hours and I appreciate that so much. The
program is incredibly easy to learn and use and it makes SO
MUCH SENSE! While there are other business programs out
there that might "do the job" for our business, they would
ALL pale by comparison to the comprehensiveness and
specificity offered by BaskWare. I highly recommend
BaskWare and would be happy to talk with any potential
clients about the program. Bottom line...if you're in the
gift basket business you MUST have this program.

Professional version of BaskWare that I received! I
am so happy with the email and fax features. You have done
a wonderful job
determining our needs and have developed a great program.
The new QuickBooks
2001 Professional is on its way back to Intuit! Thank
you! We are in
the process of buying a new building and things are going
great for us. Our
profitability will be greatly due to our ability to keep
track of costs of

When I
brought my BaskWare home from Vegas, I had a little bit of
trouble with the installation. I emailed Shane and he
responded almost immediately and offered to walk me
through the problem over the phone. I absolutely
love it!
I think that all software is personal preference, but
I like it so much more than I did FoxE. In fact,
if you have FoxE and send it back to BaskWare, they will
reimburse you the cost. So, my BaskWare is only costing me
$99 to make the switch. At least, that is what they were
doing.

| We have been searching for a
years for a good gift basket related software and were so
happy to find BaskWare Software at the trade show. It
seems very conclusive and well priced. We will be
installing it this week. Would love to hear other feedback
on it. |

| I recently purchased the
BaskWare myself and have had no problems to date. My
husband and I both love it and feel it is the best
software available. We have used both
QuickBooks and FoxE in the past and have found that this
software does all we need and more! The people at
the company are polite and are always available to help me
when I need advice. |

I have been using this software
for about a week now. I didn't think
it was possible to find a software that is going to make
me this happy. I had FoxE and returned it after
two weeks, I now use QuickBooks and am thrilled to
register with BaskWare. Email me if you have any

but never really got into it. This seems to
