Sales Tax Tables
Eliminate all your headaches
over sales tax and complex tax situations with
BaskWare's new tax table
builder. It will allow you to create Tax Groups
and one or multiple Tax Items
within that group. For example, Tax Group
(Detroit City Sales) might
contain 2 tax items: Michigan State Sales tax
(6%) and Detroit City Sales Tax
(2%); thus making the group tax amount 8%.
This is extremely flexible and
makes order entry sales tax a snap!
QuickBooks
Integration
BaskWare offers a
complete integration with QuickBooks Version 2000 and
higher for a complete business solutions.
BaskWare offers a single step export of customer data,
sales data, vendor data, product and inventory data.
This allows you to leverage all of the unique features
offered by BaskWare and still rely on QuickBooks for
the detailed accounting functions of your business.
Integrated Email
Eliminate the need for Microsoft
Outlook or ACT!. Just email your vendors and customers
directly from within BaskWare. It's simple with one
click of the mouse. Offers CC, BCC, Attachments! It
also includes a customer email history so you can
track who you emailed and what was written. Just
another feature to help build long lasting customer
relationships.
Customer Accounts
You can establish and track
accounts for your customers. Setup and manage Credit
card accounts, Line of Credit, etc. This is an easy
way to strengthen relationships with individual and
corporate clients.
Customer Groups and Types
Create customized customer
groups (Mortgage Industry, Automotive, Airlines,
etc.) and customer types
(Business, Individual, Non-Profit, etc.) and add
your customers into these
groups. This is a great way to manage and
building customer relationships.
For example, this will very simply allow
you to send marketing emails to
all your Mortgage clients with a click of a

Associate Tax Groups to
Customers
Order entry just got even
easier! When adding customers into the database
you can link a customer to a Tax
Group. Then when ordering for that
customer, BaskWare will remember
what tax group and percentage needs to be
used for this customer and apply
it automatically.

Customize the look of your
invoices with the ability to use your own company
logo.
Short Order Option
Since some businesses do a lot
of orders in a store or from a shop and do not ship.
We have added a feature called
"In Store" or "Short" Ordering. What this
means is that shipping or
delivery is not needed for this order, thus it is
"In Store". This will speed up
the order entry process and skip to printing
your receipt. Makes order entry
a breeze for orders you do not plan on
shipping out!
Purchase Order Statuses
We have recently added options
to view and select only purchase orders within a given
status. This is a great way to manage your vendors and
account for all purchase orders outstanding,
cancelled, or closed.
Purchase Products by the case
Since most products from vendor
come by the case. We have added the ability
to order products directly from
within BaskWare by the case or individually. This
offers great flexibility and allows you to focus on
making sales and not worrying about restocking
inventory.
